Please help us by ensuring your child arrives by 8.40 am, ready for registration at 8.45 am.
Children arriving after 8.50 am should report to the School Office and will be marked late. Assembly is at 9.00 am. We like children in Oaks and Acers to come into school independently. Children are encouraged to go straight to their classrooms and start an early morning task. Governors and staff cannot accept responsibility for children on school premises before 8.45 am.
If you are unavoidably delayed when collecting your child at 3.15 pm please telephone the office; we will look after him/her until you arrive. Please let us know in writing if:
- someone else is collecting your child from school
- they are going to after school club
- if you wish your child to walk home alone or cycle.
Children who cycle must wear helmets and have passed their cycling proficiency tests. (The school arranges CP training sessions during the spring term).
