Working hard in Willows!

November 27th, 2017

For remembrance we made poppies from clay and painted them when dry. In literacy we wrote acrostic poems using the word ‘poppy’ or ‘poppies’ or ‘remember’. In maths we have been busy learning division facts. We worked with a partner to play a space race game to see how quickly we could divide by two. We are getting very good! Last week we learnt all about Amelia Earhart and her attempt to be the first woman to fly solo around the world.
