St Nicholas CE VA Primary School Child Okeford be the best we can be...

Dramatic Victory in Rounders Match.

June 22nd, 2017

Child Okeford played an exciting Rounders match against Stalbridge and became the 2017  Sturminster Newton champions.

All players batted and fielded well and played with excellent spirit. Special mention goes to team captain Joseph Rigler- who didn`t miss a ball throughout the match- and who kept his cool as the last man standing, scoring the rounder of the day on the very last ball. What a way to finish his St Nicholas sporting career!Congratulations to the whole team and to Mrs Corbett (team coach).DSCN0266 DSCN0267
